Lynne M Routsong-Wiechers is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Dayton, Ohio. She graduated with honors from THE Ohio State University in 1995. Lynne has worked in private practice counseling since 1996. Having more than 25 years of diverse experiences, especially as a psychotherapist she loves working with adults, children and adolescents. She has successfully worked with hundreds of adults of all ages, diversity and genders (including adolescents) overcome and cope with multiple issues involving childhood trauma, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and many emotional issues. Over the years her anity for helping the emotional dilemma of childhood trauma coupled with developmental and behavioral concerns have grown. She has developed a specialized “Play Therapy Program” to help children elicit and/or communicate their concerns in a gentle but practical way in a truly comfortable setting. Also, Lynne underwent gastric bypass in 2003 and enjoys working with gastric bypass and obesity patients.
